Chicago, March 20 – Flemish Community (//AA) priced €1.25 billion of sustainability-linked notes due 2045 as part of a broader €2.5 billion offering that included a conventional bond, according to a market source.
The sustainable tranche priced with a 3.5% coupon at 98.908 to yield 3.575%, or at OLO plus 26 basis points.
Guidance started in the OLO plus 31 bps area.
Deutsche Bank handled billing and delivery and is a bookrunner. HSBC, ING and UniCredit are also bookrunners.
Demand was evenly distributed across the tranches with the books over €10 billion for each part.
The listing will be on Euronext Brussels.
