Grontvedt to redeem NOK 600 million of bonds due 2024 at 101.893

Lexington, Ky., Dec. 22 – Grontvedt AS will redeem its outstanding NOK 600 million senior secured bonds due Sept. 23, 2024 (ISIN: NO0011094658) at the prevailing call price of 101.893, according to a notice.

As previously reported, net proceeds from a new bond issue, together with a planned NOK 200 million equity raise, will be applied to the repayment of the bonds.

As part of the refinancing, the company will also extend or refinance its existing NOK 250 million revolving credit facility.

Based in Uthaug, Norway, Grontvedt is a pelagic company specializing in herring products.
