Prima Wawona debtors report $26.07 million net loss for January

Olympia, Wash., March 22 – MVK FarmCo LLC (Prima Wawona) and its affiliated debtors reported a $26.07 million net loss for January on $8.7 million total revenue, according to a monthly operating report filed Thursday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

The debtors had $33.49 million in cash at the end of January.

Prima Wawona is a Fresno, Calif.-based producer of stone fruit. The company filed bankruptcy on Oct. 13 under Chapter 11 case number 23-11721.
