Chicago, Dec. 6 – Mutual of Omaha Cos. Global Funding priced $400 million of 5.45% funding agreement-backed notes due 2028, according to information provided by a market source.
The senior secured notes priced at Treasuries plus 132 basis points. Initial talk had them coming in the Treasuries plus 155 bps area.
The deal was upsized from $300 million.
Citigroup Global Markets Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC and UBS Securities LLC were bookrunners for the Rule 144A and Regulation S deal.
Mutual of Omaha Insurance Co. is a mutual insurance and financial services company.
