Chicago, July 20 – Mutual of Omaha Cos. Global Funding priced an upsized $400 million of 5.8% funding agreement-backed notes with a three-year tenor on Wednesday, according to a market source.
The deal was upsized from $300 million.
The spread priced as 150 basis points over the benchmark Treasury. Initial talk had the deal coming in the 165 bps area.
Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and PNC Capital Markets LLC were named as bookrunners.
Mutual of Omaha Insurance Co. is a mutual insurance and financial services company.
