HyLife unit Tritek’s official committee of unsecured creditors set

Olympia, Wash., June 16 – HyLife Foods subsidiary Tritek International Inc. had its official committee of unsecured creditors appointed, according to a notice filed Thursday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
The members are Rolling Hills Express, Inc., based in Sardis, Tenn., First Call Logistics LLC, based in Louisville, Ky., and Headwaters Development, LLC, based in Chanhassen, Minn.
HyLife Foods a pork processor based in La Broquerie, Man. U.S.-based subsidiary Tritek filed Chapter 11 bankruptcy on April 27 under case number 23-10520.
