Chicago, April 19 – Hawk Infinity Software AS priced an upsized NOK 150 million tap issue of the senior secured bonds maturing in May 2025, according to multiple notices.
The additional bonds priced at 99.75. The size was expected to be NOK 100 million.
Following closing of the new notes, there will be NOK 650 million outstanding.
ABG Sundal Collier and Nordea are the joint lead managers. The deal was a drive-by with investor meetings announced Wednesday morning.
The 9.78% bonds were originally issued by Jotta Group AS in 2021.
Hawk bought Jotta in June 2022.
In the press release regarding the acquisition, it was noted that there was no change-of-control event under the bond terms.
Proceeds will be used for acquisitions and general corporate purposes.
Hawk is a Norway-based investment company.
