Fast Radius seeks expedited solicitation notice period
Chicago, Dec. 20 – Fast Radius, Inc., on the heels of filing its combined disclosure statement and joint Chapter 11 plan, is seeking an expedited solicitation notice period, according to a proposed order filed with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
The debtor suggests a hearing on Jan. 6 to approve the combined disclosure statement and plan on an interim basis, establish voting procedures and schedule a final confirmation hearing.
The company has also used the name ECP Environmental Growth Opportunities Corp. The Chicago-based cloud manufacturing and digital supply chain company filed bankruptcy on Nov. 7 under case number 22-11051.
