Mapletree establishes S$5 billion medium-term note program

Lexington, Ky., Sept. 27 – Mpact Management Ltd., as manager of Mapletree Pan Asia Commercial Trust, announced that Mpact’s trustee DBS Trustee Ltd., Mpact Treasury Co. Pte. Ltd., Mapletree North Asia Commercial Trust Treasury Co. (S) Pte. Ltd. and Mapletree North Asia Commercial Treasury Co. (HKSAR) Ltd. have established a S$5 billion-euro medium term securities program, according to a press release.

Further terms and conditions are also set out in the offering circular, as may be modified by the applicable pricing supplement upon the issue of the securities.

Approval in-principle for the program has been received from the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Ltd.

DBS Bank Ltd. and Oversea-Chinese Banking Corp. Ltd. are the program’s arrangers.

DBS Bank Ltd., Oversea-Chinese Banking Corp., CIMB Bank Bhd., Singapore Branch, Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corp. Ltd., Singapore Branch, Mizuho Securities Asia Ltd. and United Overseas Bank are initial dealers for the program.

Unless otherwise specified in the applicable pricing supplement, proceeds from the issue of each tranche of securities under the program will be used by Mpact and its subsidiaries for general corporate purposes.

The Singapore-based real estate investment trust currently consists of 12 properties in China, Hong Kong, Japan and South Korea.
