Moody’s rates MPact notes Baa1

Moody’s Investors Service said it assigned a senior unsecured rating of Baa1 to the planned Singapore dollar-denominated notes to be issued by Mpact Treasury Co. Pte. Ltd. under the company's existing euro medium-term securities program, which is rated (P)Baa1.

DBS Trustee Ltd. in its capacity as Mpact’s trustee will guarantee the notes.

The issuer will use the proceeds to refinance its borrowings.
