Free Speech Systems receives extension on access to cash collateral

Olympia, Wash., Sept. 26 – Free Speech Systems LLC received further interim access to the cash collateral of PQPR Holdings Ltd., LLC, according to a 16th interim order filed Tuesday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas.

PQPR is an affiliated entity that supplies dietary supplements sold through Inforwars.com.

A further hearing is scheduled for Nov. 13.

Austin, Tex.-based Free Speech Systems, fully owned by Alex Jones, filed bankruptcy on July 29, 2022 under Chapter 11 case number 22-60043.
