Free Speech Systems receives extension on access to cash collateral

Chicago, Dec. 20 – Free Speech Systems LLC received further interim access to the cash collateral of PQPR Holdings Ltd., LLC, according to a seventh interim order filed with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas.

PQPR is an affiliated entity that supplies dietary supplements sold through Inforwars.com.

A final cash collateral hearing is scheduled for Jan. 20, an extension from previous scheduled hearings.

Austin, Tex.-based Free Speech Systems, fully owned by Alex Jones, filed bankruptcy on July 29 under Chapter 11 case number 22-60043.
