Free Speech Systems gets further interim access to cash collateral

Olympia, Wash., Oct. 14 – Free Speech Systems LLC received further interim access to the cash collateral of PQPR Holdings Ltd., LLC, according to a fourth interim order filed with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas.

PQPR is an affiliated entity that supplies dietary supplements sold through Inforwars.com.

Free Speech Systems currently owes $53.66 million in principal and $11.79 million in interest under a secured note with PQPR.

A further hearing is scheduled for Oct. 26.

Austin, Tex.-based Free Speech Systems, fully owned by Alex Jones, filed bankruptcy on July 29 under Chapter 11 case number 22-60043.
