First Guaranty Mortgage Chapter 11 plan effective as of Nov. 6
Chicago, Nov. 7 – First Guaranty Mortgage Corp.’s Chapter 11 plan was declared effective as of Nov. 6, according to a notice filed with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
The administrative claim bar date is Jan. 5.
The deadline for professional fee claims is Dec. 21.
Rejection claims are due by Dec. 6.
The Plano, Tex.-based mortgage lender filed Chapter 11 bankruptcy on June 30 under case number 22-10584.
