KBRA transfers Franklin BSP ratings

KBRA said it withdrew its BBB- issuer and senior unsecured ratings on Franklin BSP Lending Corp. (FBLC) and transferred them to Franklin BSP Capital Corp. (FBCC).

FBCC is the surviving company of a merger between the two companies completed on Jan. 24.

The outlook remains positive.
