New Issue: GS Finance prices $24.86 million autocallables linked to Goldman Sachs Momentum Builder

Columbus, Ohio, March 4 – GS Finance Corp. priced $24.86 million of 0% autocallable index-linked notes due Feb. 28, 2031 linked to the Goldman Sachs Momentum Builder Focus ER index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be called automatically at par plus 10.9% per year if the index closes at or above the call level on any annual call observation date. The call level starts at 100.5% of the initial index level and increases by 0.5% per year.

If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus the index return. If the index return is zero or negative, the payout will be par.

The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.
