Moody's rates Autopista Rio Magdalena Baa3

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned a Baa3 rating to the up to COP 900 billion senior secured UVR indexed notes due 2036 to be issued by Fideicomiso PA Autopista Rio Magdalena with Autopista Rio Magdalena SAS, as co-obligor. The notes will be settled in U.S. dollars.

The issuer will use the proceeds to partially fund the construction of a toll road concession. Committed bank facilities in total notional amount of COP 1.845 billion and sponsor equity of COP 730 billion complete the funds for the project.

The outlook is stable.
