FarmaceuticalRX secures $34 million term loan via Chicago Atlantic

Los Angeles, Feb. 8 – FarmaceuticalRX announced it closed a $34 million senior secured term loan provided by Chicago Atlantic Real Estate Finance, Inc and other institutional lenders.

Loan proceeds will be used to complete the funding of the company’s Ohio Level 1 cultivation and post-harvest facility, to repay existing debt, to fund equipment purchases and for general working capital purposes, according to a press release.

Farrell, Pa.-based FarmaceuticalRX produces premium organic medical marijuana products.
