Hemso Fastighets partially purchases notes due in 2024, 2025

Chicago, April 24 – Hemso Fastighets AB announced partial repurchases from three series of notes due later in 2024 and in early 2025 in a notice.

The company purchased SEK 18 million principal amount of the SEK 250 million issue of fixed-rate notes due May 29 (ISIN: XS2413875423), leaving SEK 232 million outstanding.

The repurchase included SEK 46 million of the SEK 150 million sustainable floating-rate notes due Sept. 23, 2024 (ISIN: XS2459550062), keeping SEK 104 million outstanding.

The third buyback covered SEK 20 million of the SEK 100 million floating-rate notes due March 2025 (ISIN: XS2134491179). There will be SEK 80 million of the notes remaining.

The repurchases occurred on April 23.

Based in Stockholm, Hemso owns properties for public use in Sweden.
