Moody’s reviews Mong Duong Finance

Moody’s Investors Service said it placed the Ba3 rating for Mong Duong Finance Holdings BV’s dollar-denominated senior secured notes on review for downgrade.

This review follows Moody’s decision to place the Ba3 local and foreign currency issuer and senior unsecured ratings of the Vietnam’s government under review for downgrade.
