Moody's ups Mong Duong Finance notes

Moody's Investors Service said it raised Mong Duong Finance Holdings BV's dollar-denominated senior secured notes rating to Ba2 from Ba3 and revised the outlook to stable from positive.

“The rating action follows Moody's upgrade of Vietnam's ratings to Ba2 from Ba3, with an outlook revision to stable from positive on Sept. 6,” the agency said in a press release.
