Fitch shifts Mong Duong 2 notes view to positive

Fitch Ratings said it revised the outlook on Mong Duong Finance Holdings BV’s dollar-denominated senior secured notes due 2029 to positive from stable and affirmed the BB rating.

The rating actions follow the outlook revision of the Vietnam sovereign to positive from stable on April 1, Fitch said.
