Moody’s alters Mong Duong Finance view to positive

Moody’s Investors Service said it changed the outlook to positive from negative and affirmed Mong Duong Finance Holdings BV’s Ba3 U.S. dollar senior secured notes rating.

The rating action follows Moody’s affirmation of Vietnam’s Ba3 ratings with an outlook revision to positive from negative on Thursday, the agency said.
