New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $1.24 million buffered participation securities linked to S&P 500
New York, May 23 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $1.24 million of 0% Buffered participation securities due Oct. 29, 2026 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus the index return, subject to a maximum return of par plus 32%.
Investors will receive par if the index declines by 20% or less and will lose 1% for every 1% that it declines beyond 20%.
The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
