Missouri's Health and Educational Facilities Authority to convert $241.575 million series 2005 auction-rate bonds

New York, May 6 - The Health and Educational Facilities Authority of the State of Missouri plans to convert $241.575 million in series 2005 auction-rate health facilities revenue bonds, a notice of conversion said Monday.

The bonds to be converted include $54.6 million in series 2005A-2 bonds, $72.7 million in series 2005C-1 bonds and $114.275 million in series 2005D-1 through 2005D-3 bonds.

The 2005A-2 bonds will be converted to a weekly rate mode on May 15, the 2005C-1 bonds will be converted to a weekly rate mode on May 15 and the 2005D-1 through 2005D-3 bonds will be converted to a daily rate mode on May 9.

Citigroup Global Markets and UBS Investment Bank are the remarketing agents.
