DJJ Capital sells off shares of Metretek

Charlotte, N.C., Aug. 9 - Metretek Technologies, Inc. investors led by DDJ Capital Management, LLC sold 253,568 shares of the company's stock between June 21 and Aug. 8.

The shares were priced from $14.06 and $16.02 each and the transactions were reported in a schedule 13D filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

DDJ owns 756,821 shares, or 4.68% of the company's outstanding stock.

Denver-based Metretek provides energy technology products, services, and data management systems to industrial and commercial users, and suppliers of natural gas and electricity.
