New Issue: Singapore’s Maxi-Cash Financial sells S$50 million 5˝% notes due 2020

Morgantown, W.Va., April 27 – Maxi-Cash Financial Services Corp. Ltd. issued S$50 million of 5˝% notes due 2020 under its S$300 million multicurrency medium-term note program on Thursday, according to company announcement.

DBS Bank Ltd. is the lead manager and bookrunner for the series 001 notes.

Based in Singapore, Maxi-Cash provides financial services in the form of pawnbroking.
