Moody’s rates Hysan notes A3

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned an A3 rating to Hysan Ltd.’s proposed dollar-denominated senior notes.

The notes will be guaranteed by Hysan Development Co. Ltd. and carry its A3 rating.

Hysan Development’s rating reflects the company’s stable income, high profitability and high-quality investment properties, said Stephanie Lau, a Moody's vice president and senior analyst, in a press release.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

The outlook is stable.
