Chicago, Jan. 29 – HSBC Bank plc priced $961,000 of 0% digital index-linked notes due Dec. 18, 2024 tied to the MSCI EAFE index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index finishes at or above 85% of its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 13.5%.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1.1765% for each 1% decline of the index beyond 15%.
