Knoxville, Tenn., Dec. 19 - HPIL Holding completed a $250,000 private placement of stock with Daniel Haesler on Dec. 11, according to an 8-K filed Wednesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The company sold 250,000 common shares at $1.00 per share, which is a 0.99% discount to the Dec. 10 closing share price of $1.01.
HPIL Holding is a holding company in Saginaw, Mich.
