Hospitality Staffing cancels auction, names $22.9 million winning bid

Pittsburgh, Dec. 5 - Hospitality Staffing Solutions Group, LLC cancelled the Dec. 6 auction for substantially all of its assets, according to a Thursday filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

The company said it did not receive any bids by the noon ET Dec. 4 bid deadline other than HS Solutions Corp.'s $22.9 million stalking horse bid.

The sale hearing is scheduled for Dec. 12.

Hospitality Staffing, an Atlanta-based provider of hospitality staffing services to hotels, resorts and casinos, filed for bankruptcy on Oct. 23. The Chapter 11 case number is 13-12740.
