New Issue: Hong Kong Mortgage prices HK$685 million one-year floaters

Columbus, Ohio, Nov. 18 – Hong Kong Mortgage Corp. Ltd. priced HK$685 million of floating-rate notes due November 2021, according to a notice of listing on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Ltd.

The notes are to be issued under the issuer’s $12 billion medium-term note program.

The dealer was Credit Agricole CIB.

The listing was expected to become effective on Nov. 19.

Hong Kong Mortgage is a government-controlled buyer of home loans.
