Advisors' Inner Circle launches Hamlin High Dividend Equity Fund

By Toni Weeks

San Diego, March 29 - The Advisors' Inner Circle Fund announced in an N-1A filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission that it has launched a new fund, the Hamlin High Dividend Equity Fund.

The fund launches with institutional class and investor class shares, which trade under the symbol "HHDFX" and "HHDVX," respectively.

The new fund seeks high current income and long-term capital appreciation by investing in dividend-paying securities that are undervalued in the market. Under normal conditions, the fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets, plus any borrowings for investment purposes, inequity securities. The fund's investments in foreign companies are not expected to exceed 25% of its assets.

Charles S. Garland and Christopher M. D'Agnes are the portfolio managers.

There are no shareholder fees, other than a 2% redemption fee that applies if shares are redeemed within seven days of purchase.

Management fees will be 1%. Including other expenses and acquired fund fees, and taking into account a one-year fee waiver agreement with the adviser, the total annual fund operating expenses are expected to be 1.01% for institutional class and 1.51% for investor class shares.

New York-based Hamlin Capital Management, LLC is the fund's investment adviser.
