Guggenheim Series 733 registers Build America Bonds, Series 8 units

By Tali David

Minneapolis, March 9 - Guggenheim Defined Portfolios, Series 733 has registered units of its Guggenheim Build America Bonds Trust, Series 8, according to an S-6 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The depositor is Lisle, Ill.-based Guggenheim Funds Distributors, Inc.

The trust will seek to provide a high level of current income and to preserve capital by investing in a portfolio of long-term investment-grade taxable municipal bonds that are principally Build America Bonds.

Each unit carries a maximum sales fee of up to 4.9%, consisting of a deferred sales fee that depends on the public offering price, which will vary over time after the initial offering.
