Guggenheim Defined Portfolios registers Series 841, 843, 845 trusts

San Diego, Nov. 4 - Guggenheim Defined Portfolios, Series 841 has registered three unit investment trusts, according to S-6 filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The depositor is Lisle, Ill.-based Guggenheim Funds Distributors, Inc.
The Series 841 unit investment trust is comprised of the Strategic Income Portfolio, Series 57 trust.
The Series 843 UIT is comprised of the Dow Jones Value RBP Dividend Focus Portfolio, Series 7 trust.
The Series 845 UIT is comprised of the Covered Call and Income of CEFs (15-month), Series 28 and the Diversified Income Wave Portfolio (15-month), Series 26 trusts.
