Guggenheim Defined Portfolios Series 857 registers units

San Diego, Nov. 18 - Guggenheim Defined Portfolios, Series 857 has completed its initial registration in an S-6 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The trust consists of two portfolios: the Health Care Portfolio, Series 13 and the Utilities Portfolio, Series 15.

The depositor is Lisle, Ill.-based Guggenheim Funds Distributors, Inc.
