Company seeks to acquire 40% of CapTherm Systems' outstanding shares

Knoxville, Tenn., Oct. 7 - Greenscape Capital Group Inc. said it settled the initial C$1 million tranche of a C$1.65 million private placement of stock. The deal priced on Aug. 23.
The company is selling 10 million common shares at C$0.165 each. The per-share price is a 10% premium to the Aug. 22 closing share price of C$0.15. It sold 6,074,182 shares in the first tranche.
Proceeds will enable Greenscape to acquire shares in CapTherm Systems Inc. and also be used for general working capital.
Greenscape has closed its initial investment in CapTherm Systems and now owns 12.6% of CapTherm's outstanding shares. It plans to acquire 40% of CapTherm's shares by Nov. 15.
Vancouver, B.C.-based Greenscape increases environmental sustainability, social responsibility and profitability of companies and their operations.
