Nomura makes subadviser, management changes to two funds

By Toni Weeks

San Diego, March 30 - Nomura Asset Management USA announced in a 497 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission that it has added Michael Russell as a portfolio manager to the International Equity Fund, effective April 1.

Russell joins lead portfolio manager Emmanuel Raymond. Richard Bisson is no longer a portfolio manager of the fund.

The investment adviser also said that it has retained Nomura Asset Management U.K Ltd. and Nomura Asset Management Singapore Ltd to act as subadvisers to the Global Equity Fund. The fund's portfolio managers, Hideyuki Aoki and Yoshiaki Saito, will remain with the fund but will work under subadviser NAM UK instead of NAM Tokyo.

NAM USA is based in New York.
