U.S. Global's Global Emerging Markets targets small-, mid-sized firms

San Diego, March 26 - U.S. Global Investors Funds announced that its Global Emerging Markets Fund will focus its investments on small- and mid-sized companies, although it may consider companies of all sizes, according to a 497 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Previously, the fund's investment strategy did not refer to the sizes of companies it would invest in.
San Antonio-based U.S. Global Investors, Inc. is the fund's investment adviser.
