Two Gamco Westwood funds add Todd Williams as portfolio manager

San Diego, March 9 - Gamco Westwood Funds announced portfolio manager changes to two of its funds in a 497 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Effective immediately, Todd L. Williams is a portfolio manager of the Gamco Westwood Equity Fund and the Gamco Westwood Balanced Fund, joining existing portfolio managers Mark R. Freeman, Lisa Dong, Jay K. Singhania and Scott D. Lawson.

Williams has worked for Westwood Management Corp., the funds' subadviser, as vice president from 2005 to 2012, as assistant vice president and research analyst from 2003 to 2005 and as research analyst from 2002 to 2003. He has been a part of the portfolio team for the two funds since April 2008 and was promoted to portfolio manager and senior vice president of Westwood in 2012.

Susan M. Byrne is no longer a portfolio manager to the funds.

Rye, N.Y.-based Teton Advisors, Inc., previously known as Gabelli Advisers, Inc., serves as the funds' investment adviser.
