FT 3434 registers Corporate High Income Portfolio, Series 4 units

San Diego, Feb. 24 - FT 3434 has registered units of its Corporate High Income Portfolio, Series 4, according to an S-6 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The depositor is Wheaton, Ill.-based First Trust Portfolios LP.

The trust will seek to distribute high current monthly income and to preserve capital by investing in a portfolio of interest-bearing corporate debt obligations.

The units will be subject to a maximum sales charge of 2.95%. A sales charge discount is available for investments of at least $100,000.

The initial date of deposit is planned for March.
