By Reshmi Basu

New York, Jan. 18 - Brazilian beef producer Grupo Friboi (B1/B+) plans to start a roadshow Thursday in Hong Kong for a debut offering of five-year dollar-denominated eurobonds, according to a market source.

The roadshow will next move to Manila on Friday, to Singapore on Monday, followed by stops in Zurich and Geneva on Tuesday and wrapping up in London on Jan. 25.

The eurobonds will be issued through JBS SA. Additionally, the issue will be guaranteed by relevant operating subsidiaries.

JP Morgan is the bookrunner for the Regulation S transaction. ING is joint lead-manager.
