Freddie Mac talks two-year Reference Notes at 30 bps over Treasuries for Thursday

Boston, May 26 - Freddie Mac plans to price new two-year Reference Notes on Thursday, talked at a spread of 30 basis points over Treasuries, market sources said Wednesday.

The size of the offering has not been set, but it is expected to be at least $3 billion.

J.P. Morgan Chase, Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and Goldman Sachs & Co. are the lead managers.

The notes are non-callable.
