New Issue: Freddie Mac prices $1 billion two-year non-call 0.25-year global medium-term notes at 1.3%

New York, March 8 - Freddie Mac priced $1 billion of 1.3% two-year non-call 0.25-year global medium-term notes at par, according to the agency's web site.

The bonds will mature on March 30, 2012 and have a Bermuda call beginning June 30.

Morgan Stanley & Co. Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities Inc. and Banc of America Securities LLC are the managers.
