New Issue: Freddie Mac prices $100 million five-year non-call 0.25-year notes at 2.75%

New York, Dec. 16 - Freddie Mac priced $100 million of 2.75% five-year non-call 0.25-year medium-term notes at par, according to the agency's web site.

The bonds will mature on Jan. 13, 2016 and have a Bermuda call beginning April 13, 2011.

Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC are the managers.
