New Issue: Freddie Mac prices $1 billion five-year non-call 0.5-year global medium-term notes at 3%

New York, Jan. 29 - Freddie Mac priced $1 billion of 3% five-year non-call 0.5-year global medium-term notes at par, according to the agency's web site.

The bonds will mature on Feb. 2, 2015 and have a Bermuda call beginning Aug. 2.

J.P. Morgan Securities Inc. is the manager.
