Forward Global Credit Long/Short Fund tweaks investment limits

By Toni Weeks

San Diego, Jan. 17 - The Forward Global Credit Long/Short Fund announced a change to its principal investment strategy for class C and class M shares, according to a 497 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Under normal conditions, the fund will now limit its net (long and short) exposure to any one country to no more than 35% of the fund's net assets and to any one issuer to no more than 5% of the fund's net assets, both at the time of purchase.

Prior to the change, the fund limited its investment in one country and/or one issuer by the same percentage but did not specify that the percentages related to net exposure, only to overall investment.

The fund's investment adviser is Newport Beach, Calif.-based SW Asset Management, LLC.
