First Investors Value Fund announces Reidy as sole portfolio manager

San Diego, Nov. 22 - First Investors Value Fund said that Sean Reidy began serving as portfolio manager of the fund on Nov. 18, according to a 497 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Reidy has served as co-portfolio manager of the fund with Matthew S. Wright since May 2011.

Wright is no longer a portfolio manager with the fund.

The fund's investment adviser is New York-based First Investors Management Co., Inc.
