First Eagle Gold Fund drops Deshpande, retains managers Benepe, Kwan

San Diego, Jan. 3 - First Eagle Gold Fund said that its portfolio managers are Rachel Benepe and Chris Kwan.

Benepe has managed the fund Since February 2009, and Kwan has managed the fund since June 2011, according to a 497 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Abhay Deshpande is no longer part of the fund's portfolio management team.

The fund's investment adviser is New York-based First Eagle Investment Management, LLC.
