Cramer Rosenthal McGlynn sells shares of Factory Card & Party Outlet

Charlotte, N.C., May 11 - Factory Card & Party Outlet Corp. investors led by Cramer Rosenthal McGlynn, LLC sold 200,990 shares of the company's stock between May 3 and May 11 at prices from $11.96 to $12.28.

The investors no longer own shares of the Naperville, Ill., party supply retailer's stock, according to a schedule 13D filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
